Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Partnership with LIFEPAGE
1. Registration Levels: All registrants must meet the registration conditions and join either as a free Company Advocate or a Business Associate through payment or scholarship.
2. Profile Update: You must update your profile after registration and email verification.
3. Community Engagement: New partners must join the LIFEPAGE WhatsApp Community to receive updates on offers and events, and actively respond to posts.
4. Event Attendance: Registered partners are required to attend the weekly Realtors' Forum: physically on the 1st Thursday of each month, and online from the 2nd to the last Thursday.
5. Event Participation: Members must invite prospects to all LIFEPAGE events, including Realtors' Connect, Site Inspections, Global Wealth Creation Summit and Mega Housing Summit.
6. Commissions: Commissions are credited to the partners' wallets and can be cashed out at any time upon request.
7. Special Discounts: Partners may convert their earnings into property purchases from the company. Active partners (who have recruited minimum of 10 Business Associates and sold minimum of 3 properties) are eligible for discount on purchase: they can buy at an outright price and spread payment within 12 months.
8. Annual Renewal: Registration is renewable annually for Business Associates with a fee of N20,000.00. Company Advocates can upgrade to Business Associates by paying the registration fee to earn more income.
9. Sales Incentives: Partners are to study the compensation plan for Sales targets and rewards. Also, pay attention to periodic incentive updates during strategic meetings.
10. Compliance and Responsibility: All partners must adhere to the guidelines set by LIFEPAGE and maintain professional conduct in all dealings. Partners must refrain from promising prospects or clients anything not documented and promised by the company.
LIFEPAGE will not be held responsible for any payment not made into our designated bank accounts by partners, clients, or prospects.
